Based on Arvig service area, some restrictions apply. $10 phone service, for the first three months, requires 12-month commitment. Standard installation is free, additional charges may apply based on inside wiring needs. EAS, FCC, LNP, USF, state/federal tax, MN TAP, 911 and TAM charges apply. The regular phone service rate will be charged after the first three months of service. Offer ends June 30, 2012.
